Transportcost: We charge 1 euro per driven kilometer. The minimum transport cost is 75 euro.

Transportcost Antwerp,
*distance Baal(3128) - Antwerp(2000) = 45 km
*we drive to Antwerp 45km, and back 45km = 90 km
*transportcost = 90 euro delivery and pick-up included

transportcost Brussels 100 euro
longer distance at reduced cost.

Permission: U do not have to ask permission to ride the BeerBike.

Where: U are allowed to ride the BeerBike anywhere on the public roads except on the highway. Try to avoid busy roads. You are not allowed to ride on the bike-lane next to the road.

How to book: Fill out the contact page of our website and we will send you the necessary information.

How long beforehand: In the summer the saturdays are fully booked pretty fast so be quick, in the wintertime we can usually book a week in advance.

How many: Our bikes are made for 20 people, 10 people have pedals.

Music: There is a radio on the BeerBike that plays cd's and has a connection for a mini-jack cable. The cable is not included.

Own drinks: You are allowed to bring your own drinks and snacks on the bike. We only have kegs of beer in storage.

Cold beer: We chill our beer to 5�C, on the bike is a cooling system that makes sure your beer is icecold the whole time. When you bring your own keg, please keep it in a cool place before the rental.

Drinking cups: When you order a keg at BeerBike the drinking cups are included. When you bring your own drinks they are not.

Payment: The whole payment has to be made the latest at the start of the rental. Please collect the money before the rental starts. We do not take cheques.

BBQ: We can put a BBQ on the BeerBike, this includes: the BBQ itself, the grill, charcoal, fire starter cubes and BBQ-tools.

Scottish cilts: You can rent scottish cilts for 5 euro per person per rental. the cilts have to come with us after the rental.

T-shirts: You can order T-shirts at BeerBike, we need the exact order at least 2 weeks in advance.

Driver: Every person who wants to drive the bike has to fill out the driversagreement that states they will not drink etc. You can also rent a designated driver from BeerBike if you arrive on the same location you start and if there is enough parking place for the vehicle that delivers the BeerBike.

Lights: There are two front lights and two back lights on the bike. We also put LED lights on the inside of the roof. Fluorescent jackets are provided for your safety. (These are not mandatory, ask the person who delivers the BeerBike for them.)

Insurance: Ask your insurance agent for a group insurance when you believe it is necessary.

Safety deposit: We charge a safety deposit of 150 euro. You get this back at the end of the rental, if everything is ok, the same way you paid it. If something is broken or missing or you are not back within the agreed time we will keep the 150 euro untill we fixed, replaced or calculated the cost. The rest will be transferred to the person who paid it.
